Mr. Smerglia has over 27 years of lending experience. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, for Second National Bank of Warren, and its successor, Sky Bank. He also served as Vice President-Commercial Lending at Star Bank and Enterprise Bank, both serving the small and middle markets in the Greater Cleveland area. He graduated from John Carroll University with a BS/BA in Management.
