Mr. Kline is President and owner of Chase Properties, Ltd. of Beachwood, Ohio.  Founded in 1973, Chase Properties, Ltd. develops and acquires community shopping centers.  It currently operates approximately 4.5 million square feet of retail space in a number of states in the Midwest and East.   Mr. Kline received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.  He has been admitted to the New York and Ohio Bars, but is not active in the practice of law.  He presently serves as Chairman of the Finance & Investment Committee, and member of the Board and Executive Committee, of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. He is past Chairman of the Board of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio, and past President of The Shaker Heights Youth Center.  Mr. Kline has served on numerous non-profit Boards.
