Mr. Amoroso was a co-founder, Executive Vice-President and Director of Commerce Exchange Bank. He was elected Chairman of the Board of Commerce Exchange Bank in 2001. Previously, he had served as Senior Vice President - Administrative Services, at Ameritrust, and its predecessor, Cleveland Trust Company.
