Mr. Miller is the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and a Director of Ohio Commerce Bank. He joined Ohio Commerce Bank during its formation in early 2006. Mr. Miller has worked in banking since 1986 in the northeast Ohio area. He spent 18 years with The Savings Bank & Trust Company in Orrville, Ohio in various capacities, ending his time there as Vice President and Controller when the bank was sold and merged. He then served as the Accounting Manager at CFBank in Fairlawn, Ohio for two and a half years before joining Ohio Commerce Bank. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Mount Union College and his Masters of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.
