Mr. Mintz is founder of Sagequest LLC, a real-time vehicle tracking firm, in Beachwood, Ohio. Mr. Mintz also serves as Vice-President of Cleveland Mobile Radio Sales, Inc. and Tele-Track, Inc. He has served on the Beachwood City Council and Beachwood School Board and has been a recognized community leader in Beachwood for many years. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.
