Mr. Skaggs is the Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer of Ohio Commerce Bank. He joined Ohio Commerce Bank in November 2008 as Assistant Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst. Mr. Skaggs has more than 25 years experience in commercial lending and retail banking. His career includes tenures at commercial finance lenders, as well as regional banks and large national institutions. Prior to joining Ohio Commerce Bank, he worked for JP Morgan Chase as a Vice President. Mr. Skaggs received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He currently serves as the Education Committee Chair and Board Member for The Risk Management Association’s Northern Ohio Chapter. He has also served on the boards of several Northeastern Ohio Chambers of Commerce.
